Metapark

Task: A lighting system was sought for the illumination of parks, squares and footpaths that would give lighting designers the greatest possible freedom in the design of public spaces. Solution: Metapark is a reinterpretation of a classic park light – precise and understated on the one hand, yet full of character and instantly recognisable on the other. Rather than dominating its surroundings, it acts as a link between architecture and public space, thereby creating a new overall aesthetic. This is made possible by a mounting system designed for both pole and wall installation, which allows for countless possible combinations.
